Salman’s noble gesture

Salman Khan is in London shooting for Vipul Shah’s forthcoming film London Dreams . Though it’s a three month long schedule he will be visiting India next month. And this is not for any promotional event but for a performance at a charity show.

The star who believes in celebrating festivals in grandeur could not be with his family this year to mark Eid due to his shoot schedule and so will buy time out for the charity show. The charity show is for the Bihar flood victims. “Since he could not celebrate Eid with his family this year because of his tight schedule, he will come over to spend time with them for a day. Sanjay Nirupam has spoken to him about the charity show and thus he will be here in October end. It will be sort of a break for him.” says Alok Mathur, Salman’s spokesperson.

It is believed that the show will be held at Mumbai’s Andheri Sports Complex next month and all biggies are expected to perform for the charity. Actors like Nana Patekar Ajay Devgan, Manoj Bajpai and Shekhar Suman have helped flood victims by donating money.

Reportedly, Akshay who is currently in Venice for the shoot of Kambhakt Ishq has adopted a village in Bihar. Apart from that he has donated 25 lakhs for the flood victims.
