Chinese "Elephant Man" Receives Medical Examination In Changchun

Chinese 'elephant man' Geng Libo who has a tumour drooping from his head and face, receives medical examination at the First Affiliated Hospital of Jilin University on July 27, 2007 in Changchun of Jilin Province, China. Thirty-year-old poor villager Geng from Xiangshui Township of the Gongzhuling City, suffered a malformed spine as a result of his unwanted burden. He has carried this tumor for more than 23 years. The surgeon fee is estimated about 300,000 yuan (about US$39,598)
