According to eye witnesses the players, including captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni, chose to "chill out" in the Dreamworld Resort, which is some 30 kilometers from the city centre.
The team management's decision to go to a public resort came as a surprise to many, but, apparently, the idea was to relax, which they did despite the usual autograph hunters. "But no one really bothered or hassled them. The people were just happy to see them really enjoying themselves and they were all very polite and friendly," an eye witness said.
