New Delhi, August 7: With lawyer Satish Maneshinde completing all the formalities on Monday, actor Sanjay Dutt’s bail plea is likely to be filed in the Supreme Court on Tuesday.His lawyers are also expected to challenge Dutt’s six-year jail term.
Earlier on Monday morning, Maneshinde met the actor for nearly thirty minutes to discuss legal matters, secured the latter's signature on a set of papers and then left for New Delhi.
Senior Constitutional expert Fali S Nariman would be leading Dutt’s high-profile legal team, which also comprises of senior lawyers V R Manohar, Surinder Singh and Satish Maneshinde.
