It's a 500 pounds-a night suite for William 'n Kate

London, August 18: Prince William has whisked his girlfriend Kate Middleton off on a make-or-break holiday in Seychelles, an archipelago nation of over 100 islands in the Indian Ocean.

The couple -- who recently had a major row after Kate was ordered by the Royal Family to pull out of a boat race across the English Channel -- are currently spending a week in Desroches described as the most romantic island in the world, The Sun reported on Saturday, quoting sources as saying.

"William is keen to put the row behind them and make a go of the relationship. He's also desperate to spend some quality time alone with Kate. The island is perfect as it is so private," the British tabloid quoted the unnamed sources close to the Royal Family as saying.

While the 24-year-old Prince flew to Seychelles capital Mahe on Wednesday, Kate travelled a day earlier. Then they took separate seaplane flights to the Desroches island -- 6 km long and one km wide.

William and his 25-year-old sweetheart Kate are in a 500 pounds-a night suite in one of the most expensive resorts in the small island lapped by crystal clear turquoise waters sheltered by the encircling reef.

Their room, which has a large four-poster bed, is set in lush tropical vegetation and overlooks a lagoon. The couple have the option of dining either in the resort's ocean-view restaurant or in one of the thatched kiosks amid a forest of coconut trees.

Kate was tipped as the Prince's future bride before their four-year relationship ended in the spring. Last month the couple had been on a series of tentative dates to revive their relationship.

Even recently the pair reportedly had a major row after Kate was ordered by the Queen and William to pull out of the dragon boat race across the English Channel.
